Pizza Van Go is New Mexico’s first mobile Italian wood-fired oven pizzeria. Our authentic Neapolitan pizza is crafted in the tradition of Naples, Italy, the birthplace of pizza. We adhere to the strict guidelines of the Vera Pizza Napoletana Association (VPN) of Naples, Italy. Our pizza is made just the way it’s been done in Naples for over 100 years.
We use a specially milled “00” pizza flour imported from Italy and imported San Marzano tomatoes grown in the Mount Vesuvius region of Naples where the soil is rich and volcanic. We source local farmers to supply the highest quality ingredients. And we even make our own fresh Mozzarella Fior di Latte in-house.
The pizzas come out of our 900 degree oak-fired oven in 90 seconds - blistered with that incredible roasted smoky flavor. The crust is puffy and crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Wait until you taste the difference!
